Learning? Are they? Yes, they are!!

Venkys have been a very popular name in English football... But yes, for the wrong reasons surely!!

The last 1 year and a half has been nothing short of chaos at the Ewood Park.
Starting from their early days at the club, right until now, they have been absolute shambles...
"CONFUSED", such was the state of everybody linked with Blackburn Rovers just a while back. Astonishingly even the owners were, ridiculous.. Aint it?

Whats done, is done! Rovers have been relegated to the Championship, needing to climb out of this self-inflicted hole. But how?
The previous month has been vital regarding Rovers and Venkys both. I am sure, there would have been tough decisions to be made. The restoration process has started, maybe a little too late, but it has.
The management is being set up, with many new faces coming in, or old faces with different job titles.
Paul Agnew as Operations Director, Shebby Singh as Global Advisor, Derek Shaw as a Managing Director and Ian Silvester as Football Secretary. If reports are to be believed, Vineeth Rao and Simon Hunt are being getting rid of very soon.
Just over a week into the transfer window, Rovers have signed 3 DECENT Championship signings in Danny Murphy, Leon Best, Nuno Gomes and one more signing, Fabio Nunes labelled as one for the future by Rovers. Lets give Venkys a little bit of credit for these quick signings. This definitely shows they are in it for the long term, they want the club back in the Premier League right away, just like us!!
Is the whole scenario changing? Are Venkys wide awake to the demands of English Football? Maybe, at last! All we can do is sit back and hope!!
KEEP THE FAITH!!!

Over And Out???

How much ever I try to be optimistic, I hate to say this, but Rovers are almost certain to be relegated now.
Last Night's Results almost gave Rovers a slim hope until Djibril Cisse netted a 89th minute winner at Loftus Road against Stoke City.
What a disgraceful season this has been for everyone involved with Blackburn Rovers. Not only the fans, but also the manager, backroom staff, owners, sponsors, EVERYBODY.
Some People blame it on the lack of appetite shown by the players at certain times, some on the owners, and some on the manager, all in all, the bottom line is- Rovers Relegated.
I'm just lost for words about what to say about Blackburn Rovers current plight.
Let Us All, get behind our team in what looks likely to be- our last two Premier League games for ATLEAST one year, and see the outcome.
If At All, We are relegated, which is the most likely, we as fans need to take responsibility along with the club to help claw back into the Premier League immidiately.
Venkys need to be awfully sorry for this season, try to connect with the fans over the pre-season, set-up more realistic plans, fund the team and visit the team more often. They've got to try to win fans back by having an excellent pre-season and transfer season and securing Premier League status immidiately.
As for Steve Kean, I suggest he should resign only to manage Burnley. I dont want to get involved in Steve Kean abuse.
Go Rovers, Go! Rovers Till I Die!!!

A Look At Next 3 Fixtures!!!

Blackburn Rovers clearly missed an opportunity to go above all their relegation rivals after slumping to 3-0 defeat at the Hawthorns. A loss against Liverpool on tuesday could just almost confirm relegation. Lets just have a look at the 6 cup final like league matches remaining for Rovers to maintain their Premier league Status.

Tuesday, 10 April. Liverpool at Ewood park.
Everyone might be writing off Rovers' chances against the Reds, but dont forget what Rovers did at Anfield. It might just be tougher with all the pressure surrounding the Rovers team but not to forget in the reverse fixture we played with 5 players coming from the Reserve team, this time around we have a fully fit side with the exception of long term absentee, Vince Grella.
RECENT FORM- 4 points from 6 games.
Last Fixture: Liverpool 1-1 Blackburn Rovers

Saturday, 14 April. Swansea at Liberty Stadium.
Another tough fixture given that we play the Swans at their home. They've beaten the likes of Manchester City recently at home. Rovers have the determination to pull off this one though. If they do, it'll be an excellent result. Nothing less than a win in this fixture will be acceptable given our position in the league table.
RECENT FORM- 9 points from 6 games.( 0 from last 3)
Last Fixture: Blackburn Rovers 4-2 Swansea

Saturday, 21 April. Norwich at Ewood Park.
A welcome fixture, this! Norwich at home would just be a perfect fixture at this point of time. To add to that, Norwich's recent form is really bad. They've picked up only 5 points from their previous 6 fixtures. Rovers' Boss, Steve Kean would be targeting this one as a must win fixture.
RECENT FORM- 5 points from 6 games.
Last Fixture: Norwich 3-3 Blackburn Rovers

MY PREDICTIONS FOR THE ABOVE FIXTURES:
Blackburn Rovers 2-1 Liverpool
Swansea City 1-1 Blackburn Rovers
Blackburn Rovers 2-0 Norwich

Very Important 3 fixtures for Blackburn Rovers now!! ITS NOW OR NEVER!

KEEP THE FAITH!!!
